Investment Plan
The etfSA Investor Scheme is an investor platform for clients without stockbroking accounts.
Investors can transact (buy, sell, switch, transfer, etc.) on any of the PropTrax products through the etfSA Investor Scheme. etfSA is owned and managed by Mike Brown Consulting Services (a registered Financial Services Provider FSP No. 39217).
Investors who invest in PropTrax through etfSA will have their investments administered by Automated Outsourcing Services (Pty) Ltd, an authorized Financial Services Provider (No 650) who will register all PropTrax securities owned by etfSA investor scheme clients under the clients own name on the JSE/STRATE securities register.
Depending on the size of the investment, an annual management fee of between 0.45% and 0.80% is applicable. This covers custodian costs, registration, reporting, reinvestment of dividends, portfolio switches and compliance reporting (including issuing taxation certificates).
All you need to start is a single amount of R1000 or you can invest as little as R300 per month through a debit order.
