The FTSE/JSE Africa Listed Property Index (JSE Code J253-SAPY), (the “Index” or “SAPY Index”) containing the top twenty collective investment schemes in property and property loan stock companies which have a primary listing on the JSE, as weighted by their market capitalisation. Permission has been granted to Property Index Tracker Managers, in terms of a license agreement, to use the name and to track the Index.
The constituents of the SAPY index are determined quarterly and a minimum free float of 15% is required for inclusion in the index. |
