Jeffrey Zidel

Jeffrey Zidel has been a successful property developer and investor and has been involved in all aspects of the property industry for the last 40 years. He was a three time past president of the Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce.

He was a co-founder of Resilient Property Income Fund Ltd and currently a director of  New Europe Property Investments Plc.

Jeff is also the chairman of Fortress Income Fund Ltd.

Stephen Delport

Stephen Delport has a BSc with financial orientation, majoring in Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics and Economics; and a BSc (Hons) Mathematics from R.A.U. Stephen has gained thorough insight into local and global sphere of listed real estate securities, having managed several types of portfolios to date including collective investment schemes, ETFs, and hedge funds.

He is currently a director of Fortress Asset Managers, a boutique asset manager focused on real estate, and managing director of Property Index Tracker Managers.

 

Djurk Venter

Djurk started his career with Department of Inland Revenue in the insurance and financial institution assessing division. In 1996 he started an audit practice, Treisman Venter & Associate. In 2004 he joined Glass, Tucker and Venter (Chartered Accountants and Auditors) as partner.

Djurk was the non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee of Diversified Property Fund Limited. He is currently a non-executive director of Proptrax.

Craig Hallowes

Craig is currently a director at Fortress Asset Managers (Pty) Ltd and Property Index Tracker Managers (Pty) Ltd, and was actively involved in the turnaround process at both Capital Property Fund and Pangbourne Properties Limited.

Craig worked at Bowman Gilfillan Attorneys, qualified as an attorney and practiced for two years, concentrating on the fields of commerce and litigation. He then joined Investec and Investec Asset Management where he held various positions. Craig has had an interactive relationship with the Financial Services Board for over a decade.

Craig has a BA in Philosophy, Economics and Law (UND), an LLB (UND), an ILPA-CFP (UOFS), an LLM (Taxation) (Wits) and an MBA (Wits Business School) with distinction.

Herman Zolty

Herman Zolty has a B.Sc majoring in Property from the U.C.T. Herman has experience in property management, valuations and finance. His current focus includes managing a private equity commercial property fund.

Herman is currently a director of Lodestone Investments (Pty) Ltd as well as a non-executive director of PropTrax.
