Resilient Property Income Fund
Resilient Property Income Fund is a property loan stock company which has been listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange since December 2002. The Fund is focused on the development of and investment in dominant retail centres in cities outside of the metropolitan areas. Strict criteria are applied in evaluating target investments including the presence of at least three national anchor tenants and major national retail groups occupying in excess of 70% of the lettable area. Regions not displaying sound long term growth prospects are avoided.
In addition, Resilient owns a portfolio of listed property securities. The holding in listed securities, however, is gradually being reduced to finance new developments and extensions to existing properties.
Fortress Asset Managers
Fortress is a real estate asset management company, and a subsidiary of Resilient Property Income Fund, focusing on asset-backed income funds, for the individual and institutional investor.
Fortress manages structured funds utilising alternative investment strategies in respect of property stocks, and various property ETFs listed on the JSE Limited.
Fortress concentrates on the real estate sector and combines various entities, strategies, geographies and real estate segments to give enhanced real estate-backed income to investors.
